What we collect and why

When you make a booking or enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, and postal address. We use this information solely to manage your booking, communicate with you about your stay, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use your data for marketing unless you specifically opt in.

Booking platform

Availability and bookings are managed through Bookalet. When you use the booking widget on this site, Bookalet may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Bookalet's privacy policy for details.

Cookies

This website itself does not set cookies. The embedded Bookalet booking and reviews widgets may set cookies necessary for their functionality. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your booking (e.g. sharing your arrival details with our local property manager) or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain booking records for up to six years after your stay for accounting and legal purposes, then securely delete them.

Your rights
